Olivia was raised in Dallas, Texas, and from a young age, fell in love with food. Her father instilled in her a love of cooking that remains strong and vibrant to this day. By age three, Olivia was flipping pancakes with her dad, and by age ten, was baking breads, cakes, and anything else her mom would let her, making sure to make a mess with every new discovery. In 2019, Olivia piled her husband, her two cats, and her mom in a uHaul and made the 1200 mile trek to Minot. Here she found friends, family, and a home. When she isn’t cooking, Olivia enjoys hanging out with her husband, the cats, and her snow dog who hates the snow. She is the proud manager of Gourmet Chef, and hopes that she will one day be able to make the perfect croissant.
