Jamie Sim grew up in Washington state with her parents and three younger brothers. She moved to North Dakota after her children were born and she still loves calling Minot “home”! She works part-time as a substitute teacher for Minot Public School and she especially enjoys being in her children’s classrooms. Jamie finds most of her writing time in between her kids’ sporting events. She loves murder mysteries and psychological thrillers! “I don’t remember…” is the first book she has had published. Hopefully the first of many!

About the book:
Jessica is a quirky young woman who lives in the small town of Deadrose. A town where everyone knows everyone. Jessica has memory gaps from her childhood, in fact she has no memories from before second grade. Her mother died when she was a young girl and her mind has erased everything from before that day. Jessica’s long time therapist, Dr. Hock, is also heavily invested in recovering those lost memories. Jessica stumbles across several boxes belonging to her mother and begins to question her tragic death. Throughout the journey for answers she meets some interesting (and some smelly) characters who turn out to be exactly what she was looking for all along. The tale of lies, secrets, truth and trust will have your mind racing from the first page.
