Dominique Snedeker, author of Motherhood: Crucible of Love, returns to Main Street Books to sign and discuss her newest book of poems. Cold: Untamed Beauty is a love letter to the powerful, beautiful, and often dangerous North Dakota winter. Aspiring poets are welcome to participate in the workshop part of this event, prompting writers to meditate on their own connection with the cold – be it fear, family, awe, annoyance, or anything in between.
